<aside> 🎨 Hi! I'm Lorena Cocora, an Interactive Technologies for Performing and Media Arts student at the National University of Theater and Film “I.L. Caragiale”
With a background in Computer Science, I shifted from software development to interactive art designing when I discovered how technology and art could blend together to become a tool for emotional and political expression. My work explores personal and collective memories, while engaging with themes like eco-feelings, climate and environmental injustice, and the impact of capitalism. I use coding, sensors, sound, and collage to create experiences that invite reflection and action. I’m especially interested in how interactive media can give voice to overlooked narratives and reconnect us with the world around us.
